Description javydreamercsw 2011-03-09 22:06:40 UTC
Trying to attach a diff (via export patch) generates a diff and opens it in the IDE, then opens the issue but no attachment is there. The attachment description is not there either.

can't reproduce. it would be great if you could provide more information:
- what version is your jira server
- run netbeans with the switch -J-Dorg.netbeans.modules.jira.Jira.level=-1, reproduce the problem and attach your messages.log file

thanks

> FINER [org.netbeans.modules.jira.Jira]: adding an attachment: issue: ES-38
from the log file it is evident that an attempt was made to attach a file to issue ES-38. At that point we delegate to the jira connector which, unfortunately, officially supports only jira up to 4.1.

i'm sorry, but there isn't much we can do at this point.

feel free to reopen in case you are able to reproduce with jira <= 4.1
