The inset changing buttons (+,-) disapear completely (in comparison with 6.9 release). The only way to change the inset on several selected components is the insets property dialog. However, it change all the insets on all components, not only the edited inset. Therefore the inset changing buttons should be returned back.

just remarking that this issue is being worked on (cf. http://hg.netbeans.org/jet-main/rev/e4a53db0538c). An improved GridBagLayout customizer will be included in NB 7.0.1.
