The +- buttons for changing grid cell size disapears. It was quite comfortable to change the cell size with this buttons (till the 6.9 release).

just remarking that this issue is being worked on. An improved GridBagLayout customizer will be included in NB 7.0.1.

The missing buttons have been added in extended form. Now it is possible to use buttons for changing component(s) position, size as well as weight. Note that the changes can be accelerated by holding Ctrl. Holding Shift with '-' (minus) buttons resets the particular property to lowest possible value.
