reproducible - there are more related problems:

The documentations has no base URL so most of the relative links from the pages cannot be opened and moreover causes the exception. This also causes the "open in external browser" button to be disabled.

Nobody complained about the disabled icon yet.

Fixing at least the exception to not appear again.
Fixed in web-main #098ccd822835.
