The open file dialog from compare heap dumps is always pointed to homedir, but it would be much better if it pointed to the last location from which the dump was successfully opened - this is default behavior of all NB open... dialogs

Already fixed by http://hg.netbeans.org/profiler-main/rev/4b8797a56e3a.
