Connect to a new host wizard has a list of neighbor hosts. To get this list NB tries to connect to 22 post of each host in a subnet. This process may lead in a crash..

Steps to reproduce:

- Set proxy in Options
- Start the Wizard (new connection) and wait for a while... (2-3 minutes in my case)

=> boom...
