Missing UI for allow make JDBC connection to Oracle DB as SYSDBA, IDE doesn't allow users to grant/revoke privileges on Oracle DB.

For what it's worth, I was able to connect as SYSDBA simply by typing "SYS as SYSDBA" in the "User Name" field of the UI.
