Downloads of this file get stuck at the indicated point. Tried various ways to get this file. Hello, can you please provide me with following details * Client IP address (can go to http://whatismyip.akamai.com to obtain) * DNS IP address via DNS resolution of whoami.akamai.net - nslookup whoami.akamai.net and paste results * DNS resolution of dlc.sun.com.edgesuite.net - nslookup dlc.sun.com.edgesuite.net and paste results Also decreasing to P2 as it does not affect all users. I have just tried from EU, US locations and download worked well for me. honza
I'm afraid the sysadmin is not very keen on me communicating the ip addresses. Sorry for that. But I did the next best thing - trying it all over again. Now there's no problem downloading it. So whatever the cause was, it's not there now. The workaround for me was to download the basic version and add the EE stuff by means of the plugins. Both could be downloaded w/o a problem.
