Tomcat logging window with squares

When I start Tomcat 7.0.23 everything runs perfect on the logging window. But after some time using it during developing (sometimes 1 hour, sometimes 5 hours) the logging window only shows squares (see attachment).

Is the tomcat started from NetBeans or externally? If it is started from NetBeans it could be a bug either swing or OutputWindow.

This is caused by Output Window. See bug 207252.
Please upgrade to NetBeans 7.1.1 or try workaround described in
http://wiki.netbeans.org/Bug205437inNB71
