Message log with the error

I tried to deploy a VWP project to Geronimo and received that error. I thought it was the problem with Geronimo, so I tried to work around it and failed.

Today, I tried to configure it to a Database server, when I go to Runtime Tab -> Servers -> New server, I also get the same error.

What are the steps to reproduce ?
What version of NB do you use ?
Why the issue has version 5.x ?
How it relates to Web Services functionality at all ?

Not sure is it correct product/component.
Please feel free to reassign it.
The issue has no any relation to Web services.
