The panels in the Add Cloud Provider Provider wizard from the Cloud node in the Services window need help ids.

Not sure this help button needs to be activated now. The only provider for 7.2 is Amazon Beanstalk, and anyway I don't think choosing from a list requires CSH
The next panel has only 2 fields and refer to Amazon Beanstalk stuff anyway, so IMO it's very optional if we put in CSH saying what these fields are. Someone with an Amazon Beanstalk account should know this and should refer that documentation if in doubt.
I can't get to the last panel on my build because I don't have Amazon Beanstalk. However as I recall from Oracle Cloud (on other build) it's only a list of resources

I am not really referring to the first page, which is fairly intuitive. 
However the second page should have some basic information, and possibly links to topics such as proxy settings or what might happen, etc. I believe that the options on the third page will depend upon the cloud provider selected and will be different according to the requirements of the cloud provider.
