I was unable to reproduce this issue on 7.2beta / Win 2003. Wizard works fine.
1st step - choose database connection
2nd step - add connection pool properties
3rd step - specify optional properties ...
Finish

Can you please add more details? What exactly did you put into all the fields?
Also attach screenshots if possible.

Still waiting for requested information. At this point I need reproduction scenario against latest 7.3 NetBeans build from http://bits.netbeans.org/dev/nightly/latest/
