see attached jpeg picture. used one web service wsdl to generate client support.

this is dev build; installed the plugin for jaxrpc;

I cannot reproduce it without JAX-RPC plugin.
So it seems the issue is JAX-RPC issue.
JAX-RPC is no longer supported.
