Hi, I am having a problem with tooltips when mousing over annotations on the editor (and I can't find where to change it, so I think it is a bug).
I am attaching a picture of it.

I just noticed that all the tooltips show like that... even when mousing over elements in the editor.

Can you please tell us what Look and Feel is it? Did you do any further customisations to the LAF? Can you possibly describe all settings that you have changed to get the white on black UI? Thanks.
