Run project and Run file action in HTML/JavaScript project should save modified files as it is usual for other project types.

Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build EaselCSS-463-on-20120809)
Java: 1.7.0_06; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.2-b09
System: Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64; Cp1250; en_US (nb)

Aha! When this issue was filled first I tried calling some saveAll() action project manager but that was obviously wrong. Thanks.
