How to reproduce:

- set the Internal Tomcat4.0 http connector port to 8082 
(on the localhost)
- set the localhost as the default server instance
- execute some webmodule on the default server instance
- the Information message appears : "Port 8082 is already 
in use."
- in spite of the fact that the Tomcat server is not 
started in this case, the tomcat process appears in the 
Execution window.

This could be cofusing for users.

Well, I guess the fix did not happen in 3.4 (as Damian 
writes), and it's not happening for 3.5. Will fix with the 
JSR 88-based deployment infrastructure.
