I think that a new filter in newly added Find Usages panel for constructors would be very useful.

I am searching quite a few times for a type, but only when it is instantiated (using new keyword).

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
