This gets set once, and I couldn't find out how to change 
it.  I snooped around the registry, and reset it manually, 
but this should be documented, and be more easily changed 
from within the IDE itself.

NOTE: This happened 2 weeks ago, and you may have fixed 
this by now!  ;-)

You can use -userdir switch when you want to use different user dir.
Installer was not designed to allow user to change this.

Resolved for 3.4 or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
