Could someone attach updater.*.log from your userdir (*) ? Thanks

* On Windows 7 - C:\Users\<your_account>\AppData\Roaming\NetBeans\7.2\var\log
* On Mac - /Users/<your-account>/Library/Application Support/NetBeans/7.2/var/log
