The page for creating the Groovy sample projects in the New Project wizard should
have a better name. Currently the wizard displays New Project as the title of
the wizard. The title should be one of the following:

New Groovy Sample Project (a bit generic)
New <PROJECT_NAME> (better)

The naming is inconsistent still between sample project wizards, but the titles
are usually one of the above.

The help button should also be disabled in the new sample project wizard.
