http://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=222317#c5 ... this bug was closed as duplicate 4 days ago, so it might be possible that deep synchronization didn't catch this issue yet ?

yes, this has been caused by caching problem during communication with BZ service (server was receiving old issue status) ...code itself for rising priority is ok, it should be done only for opened bugs.

should be fixed by:
