Steps:

  1/ In Options select Save New Snapshot when taken
  2/ Take a CPU snapshot, saved & not opened
  3/ Select the snapshot in Control panel, Rename button disabled

Actually caused by a more serious problem - snapshot which is automatically saved and not opened is kept in memory.

Fixed by http://hg.netbeans.org/profiler-main/rev/3939e92e7604.
