Reopened statistics cannot be easily retrieved at the same time as all resolving data (for instance in user's page but also metrics...). The current situation was inaccurate because issue state "resolved" was being checked against bug_activity table and "resolved" record with latest timestamp. Thus reopened issue might have been considered as resolved under some circumstances.

Now it is fixed but empty "Reopened" column is still present and have to be removed
