I've just installed this Netbeans on Windows 8,, but why it runs too slow. (Also when loading to open).
However, I've been using this netbeans at the same computer when i still use Windows 7 and it runs well.
Could you help me?

Can you please try to temporarily disable the default windows 8 antivirus (defender)? There are several guides how to do it similar to http://xtendedview.com/computer/windows-8/disable-windows-defender-in-windows-8/740/ . And see if it makes some difference?

Please use latest JDK 7 update (currently 11). JDK 1.6.0_22 is pretty old.
