I've just installed NetBeans 7.3RC1 and if I open java file and try to scroll down in navigator window, it always move the cursor back to the first element. There is of course a workarround (I can increase the size of the navigator so every element will be shown and there won't be a need to use scroller), but that's not much a user friendly approach :) Steps to reproduce: 1] Open java files with several methods/fields 2] Open navigator and change it size so elements won't fit in 3] Try to scroll down
I cannot reproduce this one. Are you sure it is in java file?
Martin, what is your window manager, JDK version/build ?
I'm not able to reproduce anymore after restarting IDE :( But have two witnesses that could confirm it wasn't working :) I was running on: Product Version: NetBeans IDE 7.3 RC1 (Build 201301240957) Java: 1.6.0_27; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 20.2-b06 Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.6.0_27-b07 System: Linux version 3.0.0-28-generic running on amd64; UTF-8; en_US (nb) ..plus using custom Look & Feel (--laf javax.swing.plaf.metal.MetalLookAndFeel)
Closing as INCOMPLETE for now ..the issue probably still exists somewhere, but I cannot provide any additional information as I'm not able to reproduce it any longer.
