Operating System = Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86

After a massive use of shortcut at a time is not specified, the keyboard begins to have key not right;

" becomes @
; becomes <
= becomes (

then you just use many times, perhaps not consecutively, the shortcut, and see what appears. 
Only restarting the IDE the situation come back normal.
If it can be helpful, when I get the next time, I may try to build a JVM, hprof file and attach it
