This is long issue. Some features are called twice during parsing cycle, which means that are counted one time more and we can save 50% of time in such cases. It's not regular but it's easy to reproduce. Just open an JS file and put a breakpoint into the JsStructureScanner.scan() method. Very often the scan method is called twice or even more time during one cycle.
