1) create Java EE web project
2) run it
3) install chrome extension dialog appears
   - no explanation on what's going on. why should I want it?
4) ok, choose cancel
   - no browser displayed
5) run it again
6) install chrome extension dialog appears
7) ok, I'll try "Yes, the extension is installed now"
   - dialog is shown over and over again
8) omg, lets cancel it
   - no browser displayed

So the user is facing dialog on _every_ run. He don't know why and why he should want to install an extension. The browser is not displayed.

I think this is duplicate.
