Not sure it's a bug...

Here is how I can reproduce.

- Open a pom.xml, click on any line in the pom
- scroll down so that the line where you clicked is not visible anymore
- move your cursor to another opened file tab without clicking (like if you want to see full path of this file in the yellow tooltip).

Definitely looks like a bug, see screenshot attached.

This time, my editing cursor is still visible
