We've got couple complains from users about automatically attached 'private' data from messages.log into issues reported directly from the IDE. 
We will not change the way it is handled, but would be nice to add action "View IDE Log" beside checkbox "Attach log file" in the form. This should be mapped to the same action as main menu View | IDE Log .... also would be nice to highlight the checbox somehow (e.g. add '!' icon beside)

We can probably move that beside Submit Issue button ... so nobody can miss it ...
