ME SDK: 3.3-b18

Run/Debug/Profile tasks keep running in NB on projects using ME SDK 3.3 platform after they're closed in the emulator.

ME SDK b18 build was buggy. This problem should be fixed in b19 build.
Please, re-test

works fine with newer ME SDK builds
