Currently the Plugin Portal homepage looks a bit static. To make it look more modern and consistent with the netbeans.org homepage it would be nice if all three boxes "Most downloaded", "Top rated" and "Newly added or updated" would each show one plugin entry for say 3 seconds and then it would slide out and new plugin entry would slide in. 5 top plugins would rotate this way in each box.
