needs investigation the fact that since 11 of April we have two times regression in fu-hard test (30=>60 secs)

Can not be reproduced locally. Checked revisions: eb8ec41e5eab (5th Aprial) vs f37d9b395801 (18th April)

reproduced. Caused by 108e46b9eb27

extra time spent in MacroExpansionDocProviderImpl.expand which was absent before.

Reason:
C/C++ Code Navigation was not part of project creator (which is used for FU) => macro expansion was not part of resolving (because SPI impl was absent).
Now macro expansion SPI impl was moved to modelimpl (which is used by project creator) => impl does it job as it does in normal IDE run
