In case user is logged in on netbeans.org, this link

http://services.netbeans.org/dashboard/web/signup.php

should show signup form. Instead it redirects to wrong page. Probably leftover non-http from migration

Cookie is resolved correctly, but validation against netbeans.org fails

problem was with required proxy, fixed
