Richard, is there any way to set the file associations *after* the IDE 
has been installed?

No, ther is no standard way. User can only set those by hand - setting
it in Win32 Registry. She should set that .java or .nbm files are
opened by runidex.exe -open "%1" .

since this is an installer issue, it does not need to be addressed in the online help
