This issue implies from issue #230438. There is an WLS installer issue which prevents creation of complete WLS classpath.

As we discussed with PetrJ if the reported WLS issue will not be resolved in the final build, we could workaround that and hack the classpath in our weblogic module.

In any case, for now I would wait for the final WLS build whether it will be resolved on its side or not.

Resolution of the WLS issue is wontfix: 
"The *generic installers will not be publicly available in 12.1.2. Ignore those installers."

I suppose that we can close it as wontfix as well since it's bug of the dev WebLogic installer which will not be used by our users. The zip WLS bundle works well.
