cut short filenames

Since Netbeans 7.3.1 my Project - Open Dialog looks like this (attachment). File Open works as expected.
As you can see, the folder and filenames are cut short. There are no exceptions and no hints for this issue in my log file.

This is my system environment:

Product Version: NetBeans IDE 7.3.1 (Build 201306052037)
Java: 1.7.0_21; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.21-b01
Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.7.0_21-b11
System: Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64; Cp1252; de_DE (nb)

likely duplicate of issue 226761, please uninstall Dark Nimbus plugin

Removing all cache and configuration directories and starting a clean setup did the trick for me. But I think, I didn't have the Dark Nimbus Plugin installed. I testet the LAF - Switcher Plugin.
