I've seen this before but it's back. 

Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201306242301)
Java: 1.7.0_17; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 23.7-b01
Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.7.0_17-b02
System: Windows 7 version 6.1 running on x86; Cp1252; en_US (nb)

I did this with the Know Your Stars app. Select for example the header and change the font-size from 2.5em to 3em. When the page updates in Chrome it also clears the property sheet so I can't set any of the other properties. Have to click a different node in the DOM window then click back on header to access it again.

Could you please try it newer build? I tried it but wasn't able to reproduce it

Not seeing this in today's builds. I recently updated the Chrome plugin so looks like it got fixed somehow.
