In the Debugger window, when you select an item
in the All in One view and press F1, the 
help viewer brings up help on the Threads View.
Is it possible to assign a unique help ID to
the All in One view?  It would be nice to have
a help page specifically on the All in One view
and how it differs from the Threads view.

The writers goal is to get context-sensitive help
on all UI elements for 4.0.

I have changed version from 4.0 dev to S1S 4.2 (Nevada).

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
