Indicates correct ordering of the string parts.

String (example)

         כרסום מתק"ש רגיל מטרי

Will be garbled and not displayed correctly. 

Also cursor navigation and block selection in this string work incorrectly.

The same string without double quote

         כרסום מתקש רגיל מטרי


Will be displayed OK.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.

8.2 has not been released. What development build version would you suggest to download to verify this bugfix?

The issue exists in Netbeans 8.2
