For many fields in a class is tedious to check all the checkboxes in the two dialoges.

Please 
- add a 'Check All' Feature
- Select multiple variables that a can right click on the check/uncheck them
- add a check box to 'sync' the equals/hashcode dialoge, such I don't have to do the same checking/unchecking in both dialoges

But this RFE contains a "sync"-feature
