Operating System = Mac OS X version 10.8.3 running on x86_64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_17
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.7-b01

it happens that while some queries are refreshed and a category is being expanded for the first time, the action is blocked until the Q refresh is over

It seems there is a general problem with expanding nodes during refresh.
