* Services->Maven Repositories
* expand to see an artifact

ACTUAL: artifacts use an icon with black on dark background (low contrast) - see screenshot
EXPECTED: artifacts use an icon high contrast

Similar icon issues will be most likely resolved at once by "inverting" the icon in the "dark metal" way. See #233959 for more details.

Dark themes were moved to the NetBeans Update Center for NB 7.4
