The map ID that hooks up the Internationalize dialog box's 
help button to the correct page is missing. (right-click a 
source node that contains strings - such as the ted file 
in examples/text editor - and choose Tools | 
Internationalization | Internationalize)

Bob, do you think this is important enough to fix in 
orion. The fix is extremely safe and trivial. I've already 
fixed this in the trunk.

not fixing in orion_fcs since that branch is closed. 
changing version to 3.4 dev and closing, since it's fixed 
in trunk.
