New scene dialog

1) Create Project > Samples > Java ME Visual Designer > Simple Game Created with Game Builder
2) Open file "GameDesign.java"
3a) Now click on "Create scene..."
3b) Click on "Create tiled layer..."
3c) Click on "Create sprite..."
4) New dialog is opened and there is the help button which does not work

Dark themes were moved to the NetBeans Update Center for NB 7.4
