Description Petr Jiricka 2013-08-21 10:01:50 UTC
1. Register Tomcat in the IDE
2. Register latest JBoss in the IDE (I used JBoss EAP 6.1)
3. Start JBoss
4. Refresh the Tomcat node

=> Tomcat has the green arrow badge, indicating it is started, which is incorrect.

Indeed, when you stop JBoss and refresh Tomcat, the green arrow badge disappears.

There is no easy way to solve this. The issue is there for years already reported couple of times. The trouble is when both server are configured to be on the same port the "ping" can't really distinct those.

I'll try to reevaluate after 7.4.

Report from old NetBeans version. Due to code changes since it was reported likely not reproducible now. Feel free to reopen if happens in 8.0.2 or 8.1.
