It seems that "Projects" is not localized on quicksearch menu.

The latest daily build (201308212300) now contains the 1st translation of 7.4.
The "Project" should be localized. However, english is displayed even when
it starts in Japanese locale.

Corresponding properties is the following, I think.

ide/modules/locale/org-netbeans-modules-projectui_ja.jar:

./org/netbeans/modules/project/ui/Bundle_ja.properties:QuickSearch/Projects/org-netbeans-modules-project-ui-quicksearch-SearchForProjectsQuickSearch.instance=\u30d7\u30ed\u30b8\u30a7\u30af\u30c8

I translated it, however, it's displaying English.

Could you evaluate and tell me the reason?
