The main intro page for Javahelp contains a link that is broken. This needs to be fixed for 7.4 as it is a highly visible link to the main helpset for 7.4.

The link is fixed in core-main and consists of a small fix to one file in the javahelp set:
usersguide/javahelp/org/netbeans/modules/usersguide/f1_working_netbeans069.htm
