Shows the issue

* enable wordwrap at chars
* open bracket matching popup for a complex bracket

ACTUAL: wordwrap is applied, but there would be plenty of horizontal space - see screenshot

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
