FFJ 4.0 RC4 FCS. Reproducible on Linux RH 7.2 and Windows 2000 Start IDE, switch to the 'Runtime' pane in the explorer window and select following node: 'Server Registry->Installed Servers->Tomcat 4.0->Internal' Call popup menu and click on 'Start Server' Now click on 'Cancel' button in 'Progress monitor' window. Monitor will disappears but Tomcat server will start anyway.
"Cancel" button does really nothing - only closes the progress window.
Set target milestone to TBD

Since the code has been completely rewritten I am closing this bug as irrelevant for Promo B - nb3.6.
